PartMaster – Technical Support Agreement – Annual Fee

This Covers All Software Modules Purchased (Mill, Turn, Wire).

Also covers Any Number of Seats Purchased.

The Service Contract provides:

  • Telephone hotline support manned by experienced engineers.
  • Direct email support, priority is always given to enquiries from service clients.
  • Reduce pricing on service items such as on-site training and post-processor development.
